Planning Your Graduation Session

When should I plan my session?

Senior sessions are best done the semester you are graduating. If you want cap and gown photos, you want to wait until either you receive your cap and gown or can rent or borrow one from your school office. However, you want to be sure to take your photos at least 4-6 weeks before you plan to send out your graduation announcements to leave time for photo editing and ordering your custom announcements or wallet prints.

What do I need?

These images reflect YOU or your senior and what reflects them at this point in their lives. Bringing props that show that are encouraged! T-Shirts or Signs for your high school or college, instruments or equipment from their sport or extracurricular activities, special vehicles that mean a lot to them - anything that shows what is important at this stage in you or your seniors life. Of course, we'll take regular portraits as well without the props, but the props will give a clear reminder of what you/they were doing when you look back at these images in the future.
